Bebe Brown of Little Rock, AR passed away April 23, 2023. She is survived by her children; Coty Brown, Shelby Smith, Bianca McManus, Naomi McManus and Jonathan "Ralph " McManus; siblings Bruce Bailey, Scott Bailey, Mikki Smith and Ralph Bailey; grandchildren Aven Swiney and Wyatt Brown. Memorial Services will be held at a later date.
