Cameron Daniel Ricks was born to Charles and Sonya Ricks on November 24, 2004, in Little Rock, Arkansas. He was the eldest of four children.
Cameron was affectionately known as "Cam Cam" to family and close friends. He was personable, resilient, and an overall ray of sunshine. Cameron loved watching NASCAR racing, football, basketball, and wrestling and relished playing sports with the Special Olympics. He attended Longley Baptist Church in Little Rock, Arkansas, and graduated from Bryant High School in May 2023.
Cameron was preceded in death by his grandparents: Charlie and Veria Ricks and Joe Bryant, Sr.
Cameron transitioned to heaven on Monday, June 19, 2023. He leaves to cherish his memory: parents, Charles and Sonya Ricks; siblings, Sydney Ricks, Caleb Ricks, and Jaden Ricks; grandparents, Thelma Crutchfield, Earl Harden, and Mary Bryant; aunts, Janice Sampson, Tammy Sampson, Tonya Harden, and Sheree Robinson (Daniel), and Roxie Bryant; Uncle, Joe Bryant, Jr.; best friend, Anakin Barker, and a host of relatives and friends.
Family hour: Friday, June 30, 2023, 6:00-8:00 pm at Faithful Funeral Home at 7727 Colonel Glenn Road, Little Rock, Arkansas 72204. Funeral Service: Saturday, July 1, 2023, 11:00 am at Longley Baptist Church at 9900 Geyer Springs Road, Little Rock, Arkansas 72209. Interment: Forest Hills Cemetery at 10201 Highway 5 North, Alexander, Arkansas 72022.
