Clenton Dale Withers

Clenton Dale Withers Sr. was born on March 28, 1961 to the late Supt. Jewel Robert
Withers Sr. and Erma Lee Withers.
Clenton attended Parkview High School. He received an Associate Degree from ITT
Technical College.
Clenton accepted Christ at an early age. Later in life, he began to preach.
Clenton loved family and loved to tell family stories of growing up.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Supt Jewel R. Withers Sr. and Mother Erma
Lee Withers, son Alex Jamal Withers, grandson Jalen Alexander Gates, and two
brothers, Kenneth A. Withers and Wendell R. Withers Sr.
He leaves to cherish his memories his children, Clenton Withers Jr., Sha’ Kerra Jones,
and Mariah Withers; 9 grandchildren, Mikel Timm, Clenton Withers III, Chase Norment,
Dontrell Withers, Jerrell Jones, and Jyshun Simmons, Sieara Withers, Kodi Withers and Wynter Tatum; 3 great- grandchildren, Sy’Loni
Withers, Brella Withers, and Da’Mari Withers; 5 brothers, Bishop Jewel (Joyce) Withers
Jr., Supt. David (Cora) Withers, Malvin Withers, Alvin Withers Sr., Curtis (Rochelle)
Withers Sr. all of Little Rock, AR; 3 sisters, Saundra (Jerry) Smith of Pine Bluff, AR,
Erma J. Jackson, and Barbara Cannon both of Little Rock, AR. He also leaves
numerous hosts of nieces, nephews, cousins and other family members.
