Mrs. Collette Elaine "Cozy" FInley-Noble was born December 27th, 1954, to Alice Finley-Turner and Louis "Sprat" Anderson. She professed a hope in Christ early in life at Metropolitan Baptist Church under the Leadership of Reverend L.O. Blather. She attended Central High School. She was united in Holy Matrimony to Hurt Noble on June 11, 1999.She was called home on Wednesday, July 16, 2025.She was preceded in death by her mother Alice Finley-Turner, her father Louis "Sprat" Anderson, stepfather Willie E. Turner, sisters Sandra Finley-Ellison, Felicia Rhodes, Diane Anderson, and brother Gary Brewer. She leaves to cherish her memory her husband Hurt Noble, two daughters, Lynette Elaine Finley and Latrice Elaine Gilmore and stepson Cody Noble (Hollie), two grandsons Brandon Harris, Sr., and Rylan Brown, five step children, Cody, Jaiden, Javion, Jett, and Jade, three great grandchildren Brandon Harris, Jr., Brooklyn Harris and Cameron Harris, six sisters, Teryl Finley, Janice Smith, Wanda Finley-Green, Jacqueline Gregg, Darlene Turner- WIlson (Diane), JoAnna Turner, Deborah Brewer, a loving Aunt Lottie Finley-Cobb, and special cousin Bettye Mitchell-Williamson, and mother in law, Tee Baker, and a host of nieces and nephews, cousins, and other relatives and friends.
