Delores Bunting-Brown Obituary

Delores F. Bennett-Bunting-Brown was born January 17, 1940 in Lit-
tle Rock, Arkansas. She was the Second Child to the late Benjamin

Franklin and Gertha Mae Bennett whom both preceded her death along
with her husband (James Brown), brother Elvin Williams, three sisters,
Rosie Amerlia Bennett-Wells, Bennie Jean Bennett-Lewis, and Belva
Lee Bennett-Cole and four grandchildren, Jamison Ingram, Douglas
Lee Bennett II, Eric Criswell and Shynithia Bennett.
Delores accepted Christ at a young age under the leadership of Rev.

Canady at Virginia Baptist Church. She later rejoined under the lead-
ership of Rev. Joe Stewart.

Delores leaves to cherish her memories and her legacy by leaving be-
hind three children and six bonus children, Marion Louise Carlton,

Douglas Lee (Kamala) Bennett Sr., Devoris (Angela) Bunting, Wal-
lace (Tonya) Bunting, Trayce (Tamellia) Bunting from Little Rock,

AR, Margeret Bunting and Shirley Bunting of Conway, Arkansas,
Brenda Bunting- (Gary) Polk, Sandra (Jessie) McGruder of North
Little Rock, AR.
She leaves behind eight siblings Robert (Bridget) Bennett of Detroit,
Michigan, Benjamin Bennett, Essie Bynum, Joyce Bunting, Mary
(Daryl) Smith, Brenda Faye Bennett, Willie Easter (Willie) Smalley,
and Patricia Diane Bennett all from Little Rock, Arkansas. She will
also be missed by 14 grandchildren, 51 great-grandchildren, 28 great
-great grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
