Dwayne Milton Hines Sr.

Dwayne Milton Hines, Sr., age 67, peacefully departed this life on Tuesday, September 9, 2025.
He was born on September 21, 1957, to loving parents Carl Edward and Dorothy Hegwood-
Hines.
Dwayne was a 1975 graduate of Parkview High School. He was preceded in death by his
parents, grandparents; Milton Will and Lettie Belle Dunlap Hegwood, Guy Lehmen and Blanche
Haley-Hines, all of Little Rock. He leaves to cherish his memories, his son; Dwayne Hines, Jr.,
daughter; Kristen Hines Smith (Sha’ul Israel), grandchildren; Dwayne Hines III, Allen “David”
Hines, Alia Hines, Shirah Israel, Machir Israel, Yadirah Israel, Ishiyah Israel; step granddaughter;
Chani Gallien and two step great grands; Jeremiah Hodges and Isaiah Wiley. Mourning his loss
are his two brothers; Anthony (Yolonda) Hines, Sr., and James Theodore (LaTonya) Smith, seven
sisters; Carla (John) Coleman, Juanese (Joe) Richie, Yvette Hines (Cornell), Dorothy Mitchell,
Joan Tollett, Carmella and Phonicia Harris and many other family and friends. The family will share details of a memorial service to celebrate Dwayne’s life at a future date.
