Elsie Lee Harris, 87, was born April 7, 1936, in Little Rock, AR to the late Emanuel Monroe Duff and Dora Adams. She passed away peacefully, surrounded by her loving niece Rosie Webb and family. She professed a hope in Christ at an early age. She was a faithful member of Damascus Spiritual Church. She served on the Mother's Board and sang in the choir. She later became a member of Free COGIC and sang in the choir. She was a faithful member until her health failed but made sure her offering was sent to the church. She loved church, was Holy Ghost filled and a prayer warrior. She loved praying for the sick and her family. She loved baking, fishing and spending time with her twin. She was preceded in death by her late husband, James Harris Jr. of 52 years and her son Nathaniel Bloodsaw; sisters Essie Duff (her twin), Ruthie Jones, Ruby Ledbetter; brothers Eugene Cathey, Marion Adams and Hershel Jones. She leaves to cherish her memories; sister Cynthia Brown (Kenneth) of Little Rock, brother Bishop Henry Alexander (Vickie) of New Jersey; sister-in-law Rose Jones, Joyce Cathey, Essie Adams and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
