Frank James Howard III

Frank James Howard III was born April 23, 1972 in Little Rock, AR to the late Frank Howard and Ruby Howard - Ledbetter.

He attended McClellan High School.

He professed a hope in Christ at an early age at Labannah Baptist Church. He later joined Damascus Spiritual Church.

He loved to cook, work on cars and do carpentary work, "a man of many talents". His favorite pharse was "Let me tell you a question".

He is preceded in death by brother Jerry Howard, sisters Pamela Howard and Dabora Howrd, and nephew Joe Howard.

He leaves to cherish his memories daughters Yolanda Howard (Andre) of ,MA; Jamia Howard, Rikelle Devine, Jasmine Richardson, Ruby Howard all of Little Rock, AR; and Caitlin Winters (Robert) of Washington, DC; son Micheal Howard, MA; sisters Rovena Jones of Fort Worth, TX; Antionette Howard, Keshia Howard, Francine Howard all of Lancaster, CA and brothers Joe Nathan Howard and Kenny Howard (Cheree) of Little Rock, AR, Frank Howard IV and Jason Howard of Lancaster, CA.; grandchildren: Ayden Howard, Aubrey Howard, Cairo Winters, a host of aunts, uncles, nephews, nieces, cousins and friends.
