Glen L. Brown Robinson was born on April 4, 1943, to the late Harry Robinson and Bobbie Brown Robinson in Cornerstone, Arkansas. He gave his life to Christ at an carly age and carried his faith with him throughout his life
Glen was a devoted husband, father, brother, and friend who lived a full and meaningful life marked by faith, hard work, and love for his family. He was a proud member of Holy Cross Missionary Baptist Church and a longtime member of the Woodson Church, where he also served faithfully as a minister. Before joining Woodson Church, he was the pastor and founder of Faith Temple Baptist Church on 25th and Washington Street.
Throughout his life, Glen worked in many trades, including as a builder specializing in stucco finishing and carpentry, a plasterer, a security guard, and a truck driver-eventually becoming an owner and operator of his own trucking company while living in Texas.
Glen had a passion for motorcycles, deer hunting, fishing, and collecting various items. He also loved music and found joy in expressing himself through song and melody. Above all, he cherished his wife and family, who were the center of his world He was preceded in death by his parents, Harry and Bobbie Robinson; siblings Leannell Robinson, Harry Robinson Ji., Donnell Robinson, Belinda Robinson, Barbara Robinson, and Kevin Robinson; and his son Kenneth Robinson Sr.
Glen leaves to cherish his memory: his loving wife Anna Robinson; his children Sharon Robinson, Tina Robinson, Rodney Gaither, Daniel Robinson, and LuKeisha Robinson; bonus children Norman Springs, Sandra Profit, Angela Thompson (Joseph Hunter), Crystal Burnley (Orlander), Karen Springs, Sandra Mills, Shadra "Shay" Mills, and Sabrina "Nay Nay" Mills; siblings Nettie Irby (Mack), Patricia Parker (William), Charles Robinson of Pine Bluff, AR, Larry Brown (Virginia) of Redfield AR, and Larry Barnes (Holly) of Benton, AR; a special granddaughter Michelle Robinson; thirteen grandchildren; twenty-seven bonus grandchildren; and a host of great and great-great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends His memory will forever be treasured by his family, friends, and all those blessed to share in his journey.
