Larry Tyler was born April 2, 1951 in Little Rock, AR to the late Charles Tyler and Vera Lee Miller Myles. He graduated from Joe T. Robinson High School in 1969. He married Barbara Nelson on April 17, 1972. They raised three children and were married fifty years at the time of his death. He was a masonry by trade for over 30 years. He later obtained his CDL and was the owner and operator of Tyler Truck 1 until his health failed. Later in life he rededicated his life to the Lord at Full Counsel Church under the leadership of Bishop Silas and Dr. Jennifer Johnson. He served faithfully on the committee for Capital Stewardship for many years. Larry was a man of his word he believed in treating everyone right. He was a hard worker and made sure his family always taken care of. He loved life and being with his family and friends. He was an avid outdoorsman who loved to fish and hunt. He enjoyed going to the movies and trying out different restaurants. He was a faithful loving husband, father, and PawPaw. He often spoke of how proud he was of his children and grandchildren. Larry was preceded in death by his biological parents; his grandmother Pearline Miller and Henrietta Tyler. He leaves memories to be cherished by his loving wife Barbara; children LaToya Staggers(Brian) of Little Rock, AR; Cherette Tyler-Clegg(Mack) of Benton, AR; Jeremell Tyler(Krystal) of Fayetteville, AR; Adrian Wilson(Carolyn) of Phoenix, AZ. Grandchildren Jordan and Jasmyn Staggers, Paxton and Meah Clegg, Jayden and Mason Tyler. His mother Emma Tyler, two sisters Sherry Ratcliff(Leotis) of Frisco, TX; Michelle Smith(Leon) of Little Rock, AR and one brother Charles Tyler of Little Rock, AR. Three aunts Joyce Walker and June Watson of Detroit, MI; Janice Bowden of Little Rock, AR. Three uncles Robert Tyler(Charlotte), Jimmy Tyler(Barbara), and Otis Tyler (Sylvia) all of Little Rock, AR. In addition to brother and sister in laws and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Walk thru visitation will be Friday from 1 until 6pm at the funeral home. Homegoing services will be Saturday July 16, 11:00am at Remnant Church 11715 Rainwood Rd. A1 Little Rock, AR 72212
