Melanie Dion (Foote) Gallego

Melanie Foote Gallego, born September 25, 1979, in Little Rock, Arkansas, passed away on December 1, 2024. Melanie professed her faith in Christ under the leadership of Pastor L. Don. A graduate of Little Rock Central High School, she is predeceased by her grandparents, Birdie Jackson and Emily Terry, and her son, Cory Waters Jr. Her sister, Deliya Foote, Niece Tonyara Allen also preceded her in death. She moved to Chula Vista, California in 2024 where she met and  married her love  Steve Gallego in 2024. Melanie is survived by her husband, Steve Gallego of California; her mother, Diane Williams of California; her father, Charles (Dolores) Foote SR. of Little Rock, Arkansas; three sisters: Lekeshia (Brian) Alexander of Fort Worth, Texas, Ashley Foote(Tony), and Charlese Foote, both of Little Rock, Arkansas; two brothers: Charles Foote Jr. (Tiffani) and Robert Moore Jr. (Pamela)both of Little Rock, Arkansas; and a host of nieces, nephews, uncles, aunts, cousins, and friends.
