Obituary

Nehemiah “Ne” Antoine Moore, passed away rapidly to be with the Lord on Tuesday, May 2, 2023,
during a devastating car accident on one of Little Rock, Arkansas. He was only almost four months into
the tender age of !5 years old. His entire family from New Orleans, Reserve, San Pueblo, Richmond,
Laplace, Baltimore, Port Allen, Houston, Memphis, Little Rock and even as far as Cincinnati are deeply
saddened by his sudden death. Nehemiah was born Thursday January 31, 2008.
Since birth through his teen years, he was famously loved by everyone including the employees of Paul
L. Dunbar Cafeteria Staff, Hercules, CA USPS Managers, Arkansas Department of Transportation, Little
Rock School District, Harrah’s Casino New Orleans Cage Cashiers, Bankers, Management and the current
staff at the Louisiana Motor Vehicle Commission. Can you believe he is also known way in the Port of
Spain, Trinidad?
Nehemiah is survived by his beloved mother Rachel Michaela Moore, brother of the amazing Anaya Ella
C. Moore, grandson of Rene V. W. Moore, nephew of Antoinette “Nette”, Anthony “Tony” III, Michael
“Mike Mike” Moore, and Great-Grandson of Marion “Big M” Morris- Moore. Also, he will be missed by a
host of great aunts, great uncles, cousins and plenty school friends.
Nehemiah was predeceased in death by his Bible Toting and Jesus loving Paw Paw Anthony M. Moore
Jr., Great-Grandmother Ella Avery Williams, and Great-Grand Father Anthony M. “Patot” Moore Sr.
Nehemiah was born at Lakeside Tulane Hospital in Metairie, Louisiana. He grew up in so many places
such as Reserve & Homer, Louisiana, Houston, Texas and Little Rock, Arkansas. Currently, Nehemiah was
Freshman student at Little Rock Hall STEM Magnet High School, previously he attended Mabelvale
Middle School.
Nehemiah was always an exceptional kid. He amazingly started walking at the tender age of 9 months.

Nehemiah was a humble, fun, kind spirited soul who took on many talents and passion. He had a zest for
music, while learning how to play the clarinet in the school’s band. He loved a good game of soccer. He
even joined in an adult game of soccer in a Houston Park at 7 years old.
Family and friends are invited to attend the Celebration of Life Service on Friday, May 19, 2023, at 10:00
a.m., Faithful Funeral Home 7727 Colonel Glenn Rd. Little Rock, AR 72204. Balloon Release (Blue was his
favorite color) will be from 945am-11:15am at Little Rock Hall STEM Magnet High School, Thursday May
25, 2023. Interment will be Monday, May 15, 2023, at Roselawn Memorial Park Cemetery.

sister Anaya Moore. Any donation can be addressed to Anaya Moore at First Security Bank or mailed to
3 Jake Court, Little Rock, Arkansas 72204 to help with future endeavors. On the behalf of the Entire
