Patsy Louise Mitchell

Patsy Louise Mitchell was born in Eldorado, Arkansas, December 11, 1937
to Marie Johnson and L.P. Brown. She graduated from Washington High in
1954 and became pen pals with Pvt. James Mitchell Jr., whom she later
married. To this union, two children were born, a son, James L. Mitchell III (deceased), and a daughter, Cassandra L. Boykiins (Little Rock). Patsy began working at UAMS in 1974 and remained a dedicated employee for 20 years.

Patsy will be remembered as a devoted mother, grandmother and loving
friend to many.

Patsy is preceded in death by her mother, Marie Henry; father, L.P. Brown;
stepfather Nathaniel Henry; brother, Nathaniel Henry Jr.; husband James
Mitchell Jr. and son, James Mitchell III.

She leaves to cherish her memory, one daughter, Cassandra L. Boykins
(Little Rock); two grandchildren, Kenny Boykins Jr (Little Rock), Endia
Boykins (Little Rock), and six great grandchildren: Trinity Boykins, Kenny
Boykins III, Kendrick Boykins, Kalleigh Henderson, Tia Martin and Tegan
Martin, all of Little Rock.

Walk-thru visitation Thursday, December 29, 2022 1-6pm. Funeral service Friday, December 30, 2022 11am with both services held at the funeral home.
