Pauline Poe Evans

Pauline Poe Evans, 95, of Savannah, Georgia, formerly of Little Rock, Arkansas, received her wings on July 11, 2024. She was preceded in death by her daughter and son-in-law, Taheeda (Shaheed) Abdullah; son-in-law Mustaffa Rehiem; 2 grandchildren; her parents; 5 sisters; and 3 brothers. Left to cherish her wonderful memories are 2 daughters: Jamalliah Rehiem of Little Rock, Arkansas, and Leois Carter (John) of Savannah, Georgia; 4 sons: Willie "Earl" Fisher of Chicago, Illinois, Eddie "Ray" Wyatt of Little Rock, Arkansas, Johnny Carlock (Juana) of Desoto, Texas, and James "JW" West of Aschaffenburg, Germany; 2 sisters, Emma Poe of Rockford, Illinois, Pearline Poe of St. Paul, Minnesota; one brother, Thomas (Gracie) Poe of San Antonio, Texas; 22 grandchildren, 39 great grandchildren and 36 great-great grandchildren; a plethora of extended family members and friends. Family hour will be held on Friday, July 26th, from 6-7 pm at the funeral home. A celebration of life will take place on Saturday, July 27th, 11:00 a.m., 2nd Baptist Church, 1709 John Barrow Road, Little Rock, AR.
