Peter Austin was born in Opelousas, Louisiana to Vann Dunn and Elnora Austin. Benjamin is
preceded in death by his parents and siblings Clyde Brown and George Brown.
He gave his life to Christ at an early age. At 15 he moved to Los Angeles, California where he
graduated from Fremont High School May 1960.
On September 06,1960 Pete joined the United States Army serving two years active and two
years reserve.
In 1991 Pete moved from Los Angeles, California to Little Rock, Arkansas where he met and
married his wife Bonnie.
His nicknames were "Chappy", "Uncle Pete", and "Pete".
Pete was a Transmission Mechanic by Trade owning his own business. He also had an online
business called Health All Natural Products.
Pete leaves to cherish his memory: wife Bonnie Austin, four children Frankie L. Austin (MD),
Tamika K. Austin (CA), Tony E. Brown Jr. (AR), Corinthian D. Robinson (AR), six grandchildren
Chris Austin, Latrell Austin, Taylor Austin, Tony Brown III, Alissa Brown, Mary Brown,
three great grandchildren Taylor Brown, Carter Brown, Jonah Libbett Brown, a host of nieces,
nephews, cousins, extended family and friends.
