Reknita Yvonne Moore

Reknita Yvonne Moore, Age 32, of Little Rock, Arkansas was granted her angel wings on July 10, 2024, peacefully transitioning to her heavenly home.  Reknita was born on the 10th day of May to Johnny Ray Moore, Sr. and Tracy Evonne Russell Moore, both of Pulaski County, Arkansas.

Reknita attended Dumbar Elementary School and Pulaski Heights Middle School of Little Rock, Arkansas and later graduated from Hycle Park Academy High School of Chicago, Illinois.  She participated in JROTC with pride and respect!  

Reknita was a true servant of God in character and her occupation in life was to fulfill the services of the Lord.  If ever in need and she was around she would go against the crowd to make sure what God sent to her was blessed with a helping hand.  Reknita gave her life to Christ and was baptized at Mt. Olive Missionary Baptist Church in Little Rock, AR by Reverend E.L. Norman.  Reknita will be remembered for her big heart, love for music, family, children, animals, cooking, cleaning and NEVER meeting a stranger. Reknita Yvonne aka Molly, Iddy, Lil Bit and many more names of love and recognition.  Reknita truly was a God Sent Spirit that you would never forget!

Reknita is preceded in death by her grandfather's William Brown and Johnny Russell, Sr. and her grandmothers Earlene Sabb and Shirley Starks of Arkansas; her two brother Jaylon Marquis Moore and Trevyn Terrell Moore and her sister Carnisha Dionne Moore all of Little Rock, Arkansas.

Reknita leaves to cherish her memory to her grandmother Constance Moore of Little Rock, AR; along with her father Johnny Ray Moore, SR. and her mother Tracy Russell Moore both of Pulaski County, Arkansas; her two brothers Johnny Ray Moore Jr. (Jade) and her kid brother Keelan Moore; seven sisters Nikki Davis (Peyton & Paisley, Jasmine Russell, Shintasia Moore (Bailey & Ny'Air), Jecoba Jenkins, Sa'Mya Daniels, Camen Mattlock and Laniya Moore all of Little Rock, AR; as well as a host of aunties, uncles, cousins and friends who will continue feeling and cherishing the love and life lessons she was blessed to bestow on us in her memory.
