Robert Nathaniel Moore was born on Oct 1, 1936, the 5th child of Arcella Beckton and James Moore Sr. in Rock Creek what would later become the John Barrow Community in Little Rock, Arkansas. God called him home on Sunday March 23, 2025. He is preceded in death by his parents, two sisters Lorene and Hazel Moore, three brothers James Jr., Rufus, Freddie Moore, two daughters Brenda Moore, Debbie Bush, one son Robert Moore and his wife of 63 years Hattie Lee Wilkins Moore.
He grew up in the John Barrow Community and attended Dunbar High School where he met Hattie Wilkins and told her she would be his wife. He married Hattie Wilkins on July 5, 1959. To this union nine children were born. Robert joined Rosedale COGIC in 1959 under the leadership of the late Raymond Savage. In 1961 Robert joined the Coleman Dairy Company. His children enjoyed ice cream, milk and cheese which he brought home from work regularly. Robert retired from Coleman in 1989. Robert was a hard worker, and he decided retirement was not for him. He went back to work for the LRSD in the maintenance department at Metropolitan, where he worked for another 10 years before retiring for good, so he could be home with his wife. Robert was fun to be around, and he had a saying for everything. He enjoyed traveling with his family. New York, Washington, Ohio, Illinois, California, Indiana, Texas, Oregon, Florida, Kentucky, just to name a few places he traveled to. He played a mean game of beanbag baseball at West Central. He was well loved and enjoyed life with his quick wit.

Three Sons Richard (Vanessa) Moore of Spanaway Washington, Phillip Moore of Lawton, Oklahoma, Bryant (Peleiupu) Moore of Little Rock, Arkansas. Three sisters in Laws Aletha Hill, Lurinda Moore of Little Rock, Arkansas and Creamola (Carlton) Manning of Anacortes, Washington. 28 Grandchildren, 79 great grandchildren, And 12 great great grandchildren along with a host of nieces and nephews
