Roger McCoy Jr.

Roger Charles McCoy Jr, affectionately known as Sugar Man, was born on August 11, 1985 in Monticello, AR to Roger Sr and the late Patricia (Nolen) McCoy. He accepted Christ at an early age at First Baptist Church in Monticello, AR. During childhood Roger moved to Little Rock where he attended school in the Little Rock School District.

He was a lover of sports and music. His favorite pastime was watching his nephew Shawn (June Bug) play basketball.

On Wednesday, October 23, 2024 God in his infinite wisdom sent an angel to call Roger home.

He is preceded in death by his mother, Patricia. His grandparents Earlene, Zack, Virginia and RC and his best friend Courtland.

He leaves to cherish his memories, his beautiful children Sophia and Jayden Bumgarner. His father, Roger Sr, 3 sisters Latrina Ollison-Coasey (Ronnie) of Seffner, FL; Kristie McCoy-Stewart (Donald), Latrina Whitfield of Little Rock, AR and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
