Santiago Hewitt

Santiago Alfonso Hewitt was born July 25,1952 in Colon, Panama to Gilbert Alfonso Hewitt and Leone Lucille Baker, who proceeded him in death. Santiago was their fourth child.

Santiago came to America at the age of 18.  Santiago was with the Army National Guard serving 6 years with his unit in California.

He married Barbara Ann Smith August 4,1989 in Colon Panama. Santiago and Barbara were married 34 years and together had four children that proceeded him in death.

Santiago worked with the Little Rock School District and retired after 16 years of service.

Santiago leaves a devoted wife Barbara Hewitt of Little Rock, AR; one son Jamar Hewitt of Los Angeles, CA and one daughter Shaylaine Hewitt of Dallas, TX and blessed with a beautiful granddaughter Journi Jackson of Dallas, TX.
