Tammy Michelle Sampson

Tammy Michelle Sampson was born on April 18, 1969, in Little Rock, Arkansas, to Thelma Crutchfield. She transitioned on November 30, 2025. Tammy was the second oldest of five children. She was a member of Longley Baptist Church.

Tammy attended Parkview High School. She obtained an Associate’s degree in Fine Arts from the University of Phoenix.

Tammy was preceded in death by her grandparents, Samola and Lawrence Crutchfield, Sr., and her nephews, Cameron Ricks and Brandon Thompson.

Tammy is survived by her sons, Terrence Sampson, and Timothy Omejieke, Sr.; grandson, Timothy Omejieke, Jr.; mother, Thelma Crutchfield; her siblings, Janice Sampson, Sonya Ricks (Charles), Tonya Harden, and Sheree Robinson (Daniel); a special friend, James Anderson, and a host of nieces and nephews, and extended family members and friends.
