As we honor the memory of our beloved William Robert Hughes, let us
remember the joy he brought to so many lives. William was born in Detroit,
Michigan to Wahad “Will” Muhammad of Detroit, Michigan, Deborah
Phillips of Stuttgart, Arkansas, and Terry Hughes, Sr. (Cherie) of Little
Rock, Arkansas.
He leaves to cherish his memory his wife—Kiauna Hughes; two
daughters—Kalee Wilkins and Ciara Hughes; two sons—Camareon
Sergeant and Kiyre Hughes; one grandson—Kyair Dishman; three
brothers—Terry Hughes, Jr., Jamar Conner, and Darius Hayes Muhammed;
five sisters—Taylor Hughes, Aqeela Muhammed, Nia Muhammed, Amina
Muhammed, Nakya Allen; and a host of uncles aunts, nieces and nephews.
William had numerous accomplishments. He joined the United States Army
at twenty years old and retired when he was thirty years old. He spent time
fighting for our country in Afghanistan for a year. He owned his own
business known as Millionaire Flavor Productions, LLC. He graduated with
a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. He was part of the
National Society of Leadership and Success Sigma Alpha Pi.
